A number of pedestrians have been injured and a man has been arrested after a car crashed into a security barrier outside the Houses of Parliament in central London, according to London's Metropolitan Police.
Police have taken the driver of the car into custody, but aren't yet saying whether they believe it was a deliberate act. None of the injuries are said to be life-threatening.
