http://www.allotment-diary.co.uk Another monthly update of the allotment veg plot plus the giant show onions in the polytunnel and the marrows and pumpkins. We had an amazing 5 inches of rain in 24 hours last week and the whole garden was under water. Anyway since it stopped the veg have been growing away well. My peas,lettuce,brocolli seem to love the water and are growing quickly. The onions for show in the polytunel are doing OK. The giant Marrows and pumpkins outside are growing really quickly so I'm hoping for the odd big one.
