http://www.longplays.org Played by: Ironclaw Awesome fighting game! Great intro music, smooth gameplay, nice colors, perfect speed (could select turbo, which was too fast, like 3 times faster than normal). I tried to find all the moves, but every place I found only had 4 per character, yet I found 1 more, which was F, DF, D, DB, B, F + fire. It makes the characters small and cute. Pressing fire while in this state makes them do stuff, like the only girl in the game blushes while hearts comes from her (awww). I did it with everyone except 1 as I couldn't get it to work for some reason. Thought maybe I should record them all and add it to the end of the movie, but wanted to include the last two opponents as well then, which I only could if I played them, which I only can if I did the code thing, which I was too lazy to do (explained later). So, I at least showed the one for the character I'm playing. Tried to do it a few times in round 2 at 16:18 (doesn't always work, and didn't matter if it was 1 or 2 button control or CD32, but NOW I can do it in like 8/10 tries, it's not as simple as doing the move, needs to be right speed and F+fire at the exact same time, moves are usually not this picky fighting games. The rest of the movies in this game is straight forward super simple). The opponent kept interrupting me so the animation didn't last for long, but I do it again later against someone else I think, for the full duration. So.... wonder if MORE moves exist. Recording CD32 games is not easy, especially when you have to add all the music manually as the emulator doesn't record them, and save states doesn't work that great. I won't go into all the technical details that I usually like to do, so I'll keep myself brief and only mention three of the problems. Problem 1:right after the second name has been said at the VS screen (sometimes not even the full name), it cuts off and start to load the stage, this is because I played it from a hard drive. I could have rerecorded all those parts from the CD version and replaced them, but couldn't get the last two CPU players as they are not selectable (my idea was to set manual CPU select in options and select the combo of characters needed). I could if I played till I had enough points to enter Hall of Fame, with the name: "VIDEO GIRL", which adds "SUPER" to the title and the game becomes "SUPER FIGHTIN' SPIRIT" which adds the two last CPU opponents to the list of playable characters. But I've had enough with the game now. Problem 2: all the save states stopped working at the second round against the last opponent (couldn't load any earlier ones), so I used a cheat to get infinite health, grinded my way back to him from the beginning, and added it as round 2. So you'll see the score in round 2 changes, but np, instead I made sure to beat him without getting hit, so it wouldn't have mattered if I had infinite health or not Wink Problem 3: the music, some were SUPER loud, others normal, some low, some in poor quality so when the music played certain loud parts, the bit rate (or whatever) couldn't cope so it sounds awful (one place it at the bonus stage). It's either a bad rip I got my hands on (couldn't find another one) or it sounds like this in the original. I lowered and increased the volume of some of the music.
