Questions?: http://youtu.be/aZ1bcsIgwWM The floppy version of Darkseed is about 6 mbs and has some speech in it and the CD32 is about 17 mbs. What's new with this version is that there is much more speech, and some changes has been made; some good, some bad. One odd thing though is that the CD32 version seem to have less colors in some scenes and animations compared to the floppy version... strange. Another thing that look bad in the CD32 version is the "FOR SALE" sign in front of the house in the outro, because in the floppy version it looked great, but in the CD32 version they have replaced the detailed text with HUGE letters "FOR SALE", they haven't even bothered to tilt them for better look. Ok, at closer look they have replaced the sign that the text is on as well, and the sign is not as much tilted as the one in the floppy version, but still, they should have tilted the text a bit :) The CD32 version is of course better :), more speech, some of the old voices has been replaced with new and better ones... except the alien police, his voice in the floppy version was much cooler, also the alien chick on the phone talking about the mirror, her voice was better in the floppy as well. Also bigger and clearer text now, so they have increased the size of the text box by making the bottom art a few pixels smaller to make room for the new font sized rows. The floppy version has some weird interlace stuff going on which I can't seem to get rid of, so I'm not keen on recording that one. The CD32 version doesn't have this problem. Some text has been change as well.. some for the better, others for the worse. One example: Floppy version: "A chilly draft blows through this decrepit living room." CD32: "That's a chilly draft blowing through this decrepit old living room." I like the text in the floppy version better. So, the CD32 version is all in all better and has some good changes, but also bad ones. For some reason they made him walk soooo slow in both versions, especially up and down the stairs. Has nothing to do with the speed of the computer. I added the death scene/animation you see when you run out of time, at the end of the movie. There are several ways to die, but I'm too lazy to record them all, so just did this one as it's the most important one.
