Resnick co-wrote the Rascals'"Good Lovin", the Drifters' "Under The Boardwalk", and Ohio Express' "Yummy Yummy Yummy" (with Joey Levine who is also a fellow band member the Third Rail). A nice mid-tempo song that never made the charts. Still, a nice song to listen to.
