Hi guys! Thank you so much for watching :) Today was my first time making Korean Spicy Rice Cakes aka Tteokbokki. No regrets cause it turned out so freaking delicious! I wasn't feeling the instant ramen much today, so I substituted it with a healthier version - the korean sweet potato noodles (Japchae noodles / Dangmyeon) and in my honest opinion, it tasted a lot better than the ramen noodles (don't get me wrong, I LOVE instant noodles)! Of course, the mozzarella cheese was the cherry on the cake.
