A few days ago, I made pepperoni pizza, Today I’m making baked spaghetti using leftover ingredients. I was going to make simple tomato spaghetti, but I had cheese so I baked it. YOLO! You can make the spaghetti however you want with what you have. This recipe is not absolute! * Ingredients spaghetti, salt, tomato sauce, garlic, bacon, onion * Recipe 1. Cook salt and spaghetti in water for 9min. (Cook however you like) 2. Fry sliced garlic in olive oil, add onion, bacon(or sausage or meat) and keep frying. Add tomato sauce(or pasta sauce) and done! 3. Add cooked spaghetti and mix. Transfer into oven safe container and sprinkle cheese. Bake in oven preheated at 200C for 5~10 min or until cheese is golden. (using pasta water in the sauce makes it so much better!)
