I'm just discovering the Chinese street food scene here near my new apartment. There is definitely a lot of delicious Chinese food to be found, and I've spent the last couple weeks moving in to my new place and waiting for my new visa to study at the Sichuan culinary institute here and become a Sichuan chef! It's a two year program that I am so excited for! If you missed the last video, I extended an invitation to all of my subscribers to come Couch surf at my place and stay in the spare room.
