The lamb is seared in a hot pan, then brushed with mustard before being dipped in breadcrumbs that have been mixed with garlic and rosemary. The result is a wonderful looking piece of lamb that tasted delicious. All the ingredients are shown at the start of the video and you see me cooking and tasting the creation at the end.
