Thanks! -- Jennifer CROCKPOT CREAMY ITALIAN PORK CHOPS - Serves 4-6 4-6 boneless pork chops 1/2 cup water 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix 1 block of cream cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup *Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-7 hours until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta. HOMEMADE STOVETOP MASHED POTATOES -Serves 4. (Double if your family is larger.) 6-7 Yukon Gold potatoes 2 oz cream cheese 3 tablespoons butter salt & pepper to taste milk (to desired texture and creaminess) Wash and chop potatoes. ( I like to leave the skin on.) Salt water generously and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Add in butter, cream cheese, and salt and pepper. Mash or blend with hand mixer. Do not over mix.
