I no longer do this but I watched a few videos online, and decided to try this for myself...and it works! Makes you really blow lotsa stuff out after the initial pain, but it quickly goes away, and you actually can breathe a little clearer after "snorting lime juice" up my into my sinuses! I add the Niel-med squeeze bottle nozzle over top of a water pik and you can adjust the flow rate...warm up distilled water to 115F and add sea salt for a great painless nasal irrigation that will clear your sinuses of mucus, I snort some organic oil of oregano after I do this to add anti-virus properties. Breathe well❤️
