I always use Snap-On. 1999 Saturn SL2, 4 cylinder, was over heating because of the radiator having a hole on it. I used the Snap-On Cooling System Tester SVTS262B . It is to pressurize the engine cooling system to see if it hold pressure and if not you will see the leaking area.
