Ingredients Chana -1 cup Water- Salt Jaggery-1 small piece Onion-2 1/2 medium Ripe Tomato-2 1/2 medium Ginger-medium size Garlic-4cloves Green chilli-1 Kasuri methi- Coriander leaves Kashmiri chilli powder-1tbsp Chilli Powder-1/2tsp Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp Garam Masala-3/4tsp Cumin Powder-1tsp Coriander Powder-1tsp Oil-2tbsp Lemon juice Method Wash d Soak white chana in plenty of water for 4-5 hours Then cook by adding 2 cups of water in medium flame In another cooker ,add tomato ,onion,ginnger ,garlic d water .. cook for 2 whistles in medium flame When done allow to cool down .. Then make a fine paste In a bowl add chilli powders ,coriander powder ,cumin powder, garam masala ,turmeric powder in little water and mix well..
