This is the ultimate easy and fast Mac & Cheese for me – uncomplicated, yet utterly irresistible. The key lies in the tasty, stretchy ‘cheese’ sauce, that crisps up beautifully, particularly if you leave it under the grill for 10 or 15 minutes after you’ve taken it out of the oven. It’s a regular winner in our household – great for adults and kids alike !
