Personal Tech Notes. This was a tough one to figure out. The symptom was that when the key is turned on the windows and wipers would not work for about 2 minutes and the instrument cluster lights on the bottom display would go dim. This video shows the instrument cluster and general module plus the K-Bus splice location.
