The first Beluga XL took to the skies for the very first time today. The aircraft departed Toulouse in the early morning and will fly for 4 hours. The 'whale in the sky' rolled out of the paint shop last month and made history today when the plane took for it's first test flight from Farnborough at 9.30am.
