Often performed in combination with balloon sinuplasty procedures, inferior turbinate coblation decreases the size of normal nasal structures that enlarge over time to help aid in better nasal breathing. This is one of the least invasive ways to reduce the inferior turbinates. Other procedure not included in the video but performed by our surgeons include: steroid turbinate injections, turbinate cautery, and submucus resection of inferior turbinates.
