For around a year I have experienced Spontaneous Kriyas & Mudras when I sit in meditation. They have intensified since a recent powerful moment of self realisation. I find my body moving into yogic positions and mudras that previously I had no knowledge of. On researching their purpose I see that they are addressing certain issues and blockages that I have at that present moment.
