What are the NoFap benefits? And what is the nofap movement? The Nofap movement has become very trendy over the past few years. But does nofap actually work? Does nofap work for everyone? I think if nofap works for you, then you should 100% do it. But for me personally, 100% nofap is not the way to go, and I just want to share my perspective on the topic. I think it’s important to ask your self “Why am I fapping?” I originally got this concept from someone named RSD Julien, and I really like his perspective on the nofap movement. If you are using nofap as an escape, similar to how an addict would use substances as an escape, then I think nofap is in fact bad for you. But I think if you are feeling amazing, and you are not using nofap as an escape, then I think fapping has its place, and can even yield benefits. When I tried the no fap movement, it was very difficult for me to get things done because I had such a high libido. When I did in fact fap, I could think clearly and get things done in a timely manner. I have said this many times in the past, but I think becoming self aware is crucial to your success in life.
