In 2016 I found a pink potato in the field of Blå Congo / Blue Swede potatoes. I had not planted any pink potatoes that year and the chance of volunteer potatoes is 0 in my area where winter can be -30°C cold. It must be a mutant. It's not common for potatoes to do that but occasionally it happens. First time ever for me and I am growing potatoes since a long time. Replanted in April 2017, flowered in June and harvested in late July. I'd say it's an early main crop. Delicious roasting potato :) will store some for replanting next year. And yeah, sorry for the bad audio quality. Dunno what my phone did in the first part of the video.
