The DMB segment from the HBO documentary "Life According to Sam". Sam is a 17yr old with a rare aging disease called Progeria. He's also a big DMB fan. The full documentary is very inspiring if you can find it re-airing on HBO or I believe it'll be available on DVD in 2014. You can also watch it on HBO on-Demand or HBO Go if you have that.
