Focusing on sustainability and self-sufficiency in an urban environment, Fowler has written four books and in 2010 presented The Edible Garden, a series for the BBC. She took us to her allotment in Birmingham to demonstrate how easy it is to 'grow your own' and talks to us about the benefits of an organic lifestyle.
