In London, a car has crashed into a barrier outside the United Kingdom’s Parliament, leaving an unknown number of people injured. Armed police are at the scene in Westminster. London’s Metropolitan Police say the male driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene. Police did not say if they suspect terrorism, calling the incident QUOTE a collision. Westminster was the scene of a terror attack in April 20-17, when a car plowed into pedestrians on Westminster Bridge before colliding with the railings outside Parliament. The driver exited the vehicle and killed a police officer using a knife, before being shot dead by armed police.
