Asian Noodles 2 1/2 tbsp canola oil 1 red bell pepper diced 1 head broccoli, chopped 6 green onions, minced 350 g firm tofu, diced 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 to 4 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp sriracha sauce 350 g Stir-fried noodles or cooked spaghetti 1/2 cup vegetable broth salt to taste In a large frying pan, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Brown the vegetables on high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Add tofu, garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sriracha sauce. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Stir in the noodles and the vegetable broth, bring to a boil and let reduce for 5 minutes. Top with crushed peanuts if you like!
