He somehow changes the currency from single dollar bills to hundred dollar bills, then fluidly from 100s to 50s and 50s to 20s. He then moves the federal seal across one of the bills and to the opposite side, and Howie confirms it's real. To close, he makes a goldfish appear in a vase of water.
