In this video boxer mike demonstrates a few simple drills on the agility ladder. The first set shows Mike using the drills as a warm up to prepare the feet before pad work and bag work. The second set shows the same drills with active resistance for strength & conditioning. Footwork is an essential part of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
