Learn to make Amritsari Chole Masala at home with this easy recipe. We bet it will be more delicious than made in Dhaba or Restaurant. Ingredients: FOR CHICKPEAS 1 cup chickpeas(Soaked overnight) 2 bay leaves 1 cinnamon stick 10-15 black pepper 4 laung(Cloves) 1 black cardamom 3 cups water 1 tsp black tea Salt as per taste FOR GRAVY 2 big tomatoes puree 1 big onion paste 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp amchur(Dry mango powder) 1 tbsp chana masala 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp green coriander Salt as per taste METHOD: 1.For chickpeas- Take all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 4 whistle over medium heat or till chickpeas cooks. 2. For gravy- Heat oil in a pan add onion paste and cook till till separates over medium heat. 3. Add tomato puree and add all dry masalas and cook till oil separates. 4. Add coriander, onion, lemon 5.
